Selection Process

At HireMetro, we follow a fair, transparent, and merit-based recruitment process to ensure we select the most capable and dedicated individuals. The process is designed to assess both technical expertise and essential skills required for delivering safe, efficient, and passenger-friendly metro services.

For Technical Posts:

  • Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  • Medical Test
  • Document Verification
  • Skill/Trade Test (where applicable)

For Non-Technical Posts:

  • Written Test
  • Interview
  • Typing or Skill Test (if required)

All exams are conducted with strict adherence to guidelines, ensuring equal opportunity for all candidates.

General Eligibility for Applicants

  • Nationality: Must be an Indian citizen
  • Age Limit: 18–35 years (relaxation as per Govt. norms)
  • Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass, ITI, Diploma, Graduation, or relevant qualification
  • Physical Standards: Specific posts may require fitness/vision tests
Preference: Candidates with prior experience in public transport operations, station management, or technical maintenance — and those open to rotational shifts — are ideal fits for most metro openings.
